We love all of our clients at Em Nails & Spa, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Nail Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. 1. Treat each other respectfully.

2. Treat the staff respectfully.

3. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment on time, your timeslot may be given to someone else.

4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

5. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

6. Customer Data will never be shared with a third party.

7. Em Nails nor their representatives will ask for credit card information over phone, email, or text.
